Vagabond Cruises:

Minimum 14 days notice is required for a full refund to apply, there's no refunds for cancellations after this period, change of mind or no shows on the day of the cruise. All tours are weather permitting. All appropriate concession cards must be presented at the office prior to collecting your tickets. We have a no refund policy; however we can offer a credit note valid for one year for any cancellations that are made at least one hour prior to tour/ferry departure. Any no shows or cancellations made within one hour of departure will result in all pre-payments being forfeited. A no refund policy applies once payment has been made. Credit notes are valid for 1 year and will be issued instead of a refund.

Hartleys Crocodile Adventures:

Cancellation Policy Packages with transfers, meals or personalised wildlife experiences: Outside of 24 hours - no charge. 12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge. Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.
